This is my first time going through physical therapy. I wasn't sure what to expect and was concerned with getting someone who would listen so that I could get back to 100%. Dr. Sandell took the time to understand what was going on with my shoulder. She has been patient and thorough in the appointments. She is genuinely concerned with understanding my pain and has been proactive in moving my progress along quickly. She is the consummate professional and an absolute delight to work with.
