I saw Dr Ellender as a life coach in person for an intensive program he offered on stress management, and it far exceeded anything I was expecting. In addition to his curriculum for managing daily stress in life, he offered a bunch of specific insights into other issues related to my personal situation. He made great recommendations for other resources for me to follow up on. I plan to pick another one of his intensives once I'm done integrating this one.
