Of the several CSW's I've seen in over 30 years, Evelyn Goris easily ranks among the very best. During sessions, you immediately notice how carefully she listens and how accurately she recalls your words. Her questions are not generic ("So how does that make you feel?"), but specific to the issue at hand so as to keep your discussion moving in a productive direction. And near the end of the session, Evelyn often gives a recap of what you've told her and suggests ways in which you may consider what your discussion revealed. This feedback was, for me, one of the most valuable aspects of treatment with her. Quietly cordial with a gentle demeanor, Evelyn Goris is one of the finest professional I've met in her field.
