I have suffered with painful depression and social anxiety on and off, for my whole adult life. In less than a year of working with Dr. Dunkel, I learned how to change my automatic thought patterns and soothe my emotions. I figured out more about my true desires. I worked on understanding my relationships. I feel so much more solid, confident and self-loving! My mood is stable and my anxiety is manageable. I have gotten off meds. I didn’t know all of this was even possible. I would definitely recommend Dr. Dunkel. She’s amazing!
