PA Frances is compassionate and knowledgeable. She’s the first medical professional I’ve had who I feel completely comfortable with — she is approachable and expresses empathy with all of my concerns. She’s also the first professional I’ve had who thoroughly walked me through my bloodwork, outlining what is concerning and what’s not, and going as far as to explain why. She doesn’t just leave a quick voicemail like previous providers I’ve seen; she’s detailed in her review and always provides recommendations to improve my results. My usual OB/GYN was out of town when I first saw Frances, and I feel it was serendipitous because now Frances is the only provider I want to see! I was so astonished by the previous, negative reviews here, I felt compelled to share my experience (I’m usually not the type to leave reviews!). PA Frances is an exceptional provider and I’d recommend her to anyone!
