Frank Cicero is brilliant; a master of his craft and a kind and compassionate person. It has been an honor and pleasure to have him as a behaviorist, a consultant and then a friend for many years. Frank cares deeply for his patients and is definitely not in this for the money. I highly recommend him to anyone who has a child with autism.
