Frank was my therapist for almost 2 years. He was very helpful, and I feel he is a competent therapist. He is emotionally intelligent and mindful in a way that was really beneficial to me. BTW, he is not my first therapist as I had several before I moved to area. I stopped seeing him as we not only dealt with immediate concerns, but also some long standing trauma that was really still affecting me. His therapy has helped me tremendously, and I no longer feel chained to my long and short term traumas. I was recently diagnosed with a chronic non-mental health condition. I am writing this review as I looked up his contact information to start up therapy with him again.
