I started with Fred in college at age 18. After 3 semesters, I decided to take a break from college. He helped me tremendously with the grief of losing my father at age 11. No one was able to do that until I worked with him. At age 25, I searched for Fred I need of help with numerous things. After two sessions, I stopped because I did not have it together. At age 37 (now), I found him again. I have been back in ongoing therapy with him for 2 mos. I have seen plenty of therapists in the past but Fred was and is the ONLY one I could not essentially control. He has given me not only coping skills but the will to continue to put the work in. I am forever grateful for his skill set and thank God every day! If you need help PLEASE contact Fred!!!!!
