Mr. Nolen has helped me to overcome anxiety and depression, to become more assertive, and to communicate more effectively with my wife, leading to breakthroughs on relationship issues I thought were unsolvable. His style is level-headed, friendly, knowledgeable, wise, considerate, and supportive, with a good balance between listening and advising. No insurance or scheduling problems, ever. Fred is a superb therapist. I cannot find strong enough words to recommend him.
