Knowledgeable. Compassionate. Relatable. Supportive. Grounding. Helps bring about real, positive changes in my life. It is not, as with many therapists, an hour wasted whining about my problems. It is an hour of validation, feedback, and exploring solutions. Goes above and beyond working closely with my psychiatrist and other therapists on care decisions. Also, worked with my employer when I was on disability and when I needed special accommodations.
