Overall for contact and glasses exams I feel like Dr R. is very thorough and takes time to explain things and share the images with me. I have problems with one eye continuously itching and tearing that I do not feel has been properly addressed. When I asked to get in because of this prior to travel, they got me right in but being told to wash it with baby shampoo ...couldn't that have been a phone discussion? I now think a rx for Tobredex cream should have been offered. I drive down from Santa Fe! Getting in is not a problem and the office is comfortable. One time they ordered the wrong lenses (my rx is so strong they don't have them in stock) which was frustrating as I do have to drive down every time.
