Dr. Major guided me toward a better understanding of who I was and how I came to be where I am. With that knowledge, I've been able to move forward while acknowledging my strengths and weaknesses and avoiding the traps that were part of my past. Gary led me to my own self-discoveries instead of talking at me. I felt revitalized every time I left a session.
