I came to Gary in rough shape. I had tried many other therapists, I had attempted suicide, was self harming and was in and out of mental hospitals. I simply was not going to make it. From my first steps into his office I knew he was different. He was practical, logical, evidence-based, empathetic but yet did not just pander to me. He developed a plan. And together, step by step, I became non suicidal - stopped self-harming - no more hospitalizations - finished my masters program and now I have a loving family. It took time and work but now my PTSD and anxiety affect my life on a VERY manageable level. I love my life and my family and I experience joy daily. I moved to a different city but whenever I need a therapy boost I will drive that 1 to 1.5hrs to see Gary. It's worth it. This man saved my life. If you are about to give up hope, please don't. Call Gary.
