I was referred to Dr. Sangrey for a running injury by my coach. He performed a complete evaluation including a running analysis. My treatments consisted of ART, chiropractic adjustments and cupping. He also set me up with some exercises to plug into my week and suggested a few running form changes. Within a couple weeks I was back to running my usual 3-5 miles without any back pain or hip tightness. I continue to check in with Dr. Sangrey on an as needed basis.
