I cannot recommend Geetha highly enough. I've been to many therapists before, but Geetha has been the one to make big changes. She helps me with coping strategies for my depression, anxiety and dissociative episodes linked to PTSD. We work together on how the therapy will go; she challenges me but knows as soon as she sees me what she needs to do with me that day. And she cares, so much. She has gone above and beyond when I've been in a crisis. I would recommend her to anyone.
