Dr Jones is a very knowledgeable psychologist who is caring and doesn't beat around the bush. Not does he co-sign your excuses. If you are serious about wanting to find out what you can do to get better, he is the Dr. He will follow up and challenge you with your strengths and weaknesses showing you how to effectively work on yourself and get better?
