Dr. Gilbert was kind, courteous and caring through my journey of ups and downs living in LA. He listens and is thoughtful in helping me achieve a better and healthier lifestyle. He helped me through difficult moments in my life by challenging me in a respectful and thoughtful manner, to face my frustrations head on with life tools to better myself in my profession, relationship and life in general! Highly recommend. Thank you Dr. Gilbert!
