As a new patient it was a very easy scheduling process and eye exam, zero wait time. Even took me in a little early. Dr. Blustein was friendly and straight to the point. He was there alone so he did leave the room a few times to get the door but I wasn’t mad at all. it wasn’t his fault, I’m sure his receptionist called out or something. Also I love that he offered the prescription sheet and really didn’t pressure me to buy glasses from his selection, although I may in the future. I have felt pressured by doctors and receptionists to buy glasses from their office in the past and some don’t like to be told no when going in for a routine eye exam. Definitely 5 stars. I will be back as long as I live in the area and will be taking my daughter when she is ready.
