For months my husband and I have been planning a golf trip to Wilmington with friends. A few days before the trip I started having pain from a round of golf in my right hip and could not stand or walk without pain. My son who lives in Wilmington urged me to see his Physical Therapist, Dr. Grant who specializes in golf fitness. I walked in with pain and did not have that pain when I left. I do still have weakness and mobility issues and Dr. Grant put exercises on my portal for me to do at home so I can alleviate stressing my hip while playing golf. I’m really glad I went to see him and am thankful he made time to squeeze me into his schedule. I’ll be staying in touch with him as I visit from time to time.
