I have PTSD from childhood trauma, depression, and anxiety. I have been in counseling many times in the last 40 years. He is one b of the best I have seen! He is very knowledgeable and up-to-date with current research in effective methods. He has a balance of listening and giving helpful information. I have only seen him a short time and I've already noticed a difference in my negative thoughts, feelings of self worth, and ability to deal with stressful situations.
