This is not about a visit but about the book!Im not totally sure why this worked for me but Ive had sporatic insomnia for most of my life. I have slept solidly now for a few months...even when waking I go back to sleep. This is miraculous for me. I think the trigger word was FEAR. Thank you doctor for such a dramatic shift in my life. Ive recommended this book to 3 friends already!!!
