I have been meeting with Greg consistently (weekly to monthly) for the past few years. He is nonjudgemental and compassionate. He is very knowledgeable about how our minds and nervous systems work. He has helped me understand myself and others better. My relationships with friends and family are stronger. I have been able to make major transitions in my life more smoothly than I would have been able to on my own. These changes have at times been difficult, but overwhelmingly have been positive. I highly recommend Greg to anyone considering therapy.
