Gretchen is a very insightful and caring therapist who knows the balance between listening and offering guidance to me as a patient. I have always felt comfortable talking with her and she does provide me with a platform to explore coping strategies around my own challenges with other people. Because we are similar in age, and in professional backgrounds and parenting, I feel she is a good gage of my state of mind in facing my daily grind issues. I can identify with her.
