I sought MNT to assist me with weight-loss, since exercise alone was no longer cutting it as a woman in her mid 40s. Haesun is highly professional and caring. She's positive and goal-oriented and encourages her patients to be as well. I really appreciate the simplicity of her multi-faceted approach, which is focused on balanced meals, portion control, stress management, sleep, and exercise.
