I dislocated my right shoulder and had no idea of what to do. I remembered that Wellness One was just two blocks away. I made a phone call, they saw me immediately. After an x-ray showed no broken bones they sent me to Dr. Rizvi on the second floor. Within minutes of his gentle manipulation the shoulder popped back into the socket. I now continue with physical therapy with him and his staff and my shoulder continues to get better. He and his staff are super!! I highly recommend them.
