Haley made an amazing turnaround in my hearing and understanding of speech. Her patience and understanding were impossible to go unnoticed. I received a cochlear implant at an elderly age. I was so isolated and depressed for so very long. Haley understood my situation and began to teach my brain to learn to accept my new world of speech/hearing. She is simply the best. Thank you for helping me to come out of my cocoon, my dear friend. Peggy Youngblood.
