I was fortunate to work with Hanh for several years during a difficult period in my life as I navigated the pandemic and other challenges. From the very first session, she helped me build the internal resources to handle difficult situations; over time, she guided me to understand why I was struggling in the first place. Her knowledge, compassion, and attentive listening helped me to replace negative beliefs about myself with more helpful ones and to develop my strengths. She also made me feel comfortable discussing queerness, race, class, and other identities and systems that shaped my experiences. Throughout my journey, Hanh believed in me and supported me. Over two years later, I am so much happier and healthier, and I still use what I learned from her every single day. I highly recommend her!
