I had a very bad IV done pre-op for a procedure @ St.Marys. The nurse that did it really messed up my arm. Huge black and blue area with a soft mass in that area. Hannah Jones was very kind and understanding after checking my arm she told me it was a hematoma and that I should continue heat pad treatments for 2 weeks and if no change or it worsened to come back to the clinic. She was very polite, knowledgeable and friendly.
