I started working with Hannah during a depressive episode. I was supported though a partial hospitalization and worked slowly to make changes in my life. At times it was uncomfortable, but looking back, I needed to be challenged. What I found most helpful was the focus on my input and my experiences. She would say 'you are the expert on you'. This is a person who really listens and took the time to understand me as a whole person. And when I had questions or felt unsure, Hannah was flexible and open to me.
