Heather is thorough and kind. She listens, and takes time to explain, and asks what else she can do. (It's unheard of at other places I've been.) She follows through. I feel like she appreciates that its not always comfortable to go to the doctor, so she wants to make the best of it for her patients, and I'm sure that is also good for her. BEST PA EVER!
