She is the most fabulous audiologist we could have dealt by faith! Our daughter failed her hospital screening, since then Heather has been taking care of her. She is extremely responsive, excellent at managing the anxiety level of parents and guiding them through the unknown of raising a child with hearing loss. There are no words that strong that would describe our confidence in her expertise and advice.
