When I first went to Heather I was suffering from problems with focusing, depression, and lot's of family baggage. She's down to earth and friendly but what I liked most was there was always one thought per session that was like a laser beam on what I needed to hear. Honestly there was always one line that just stuck and resonated and it was genius.She's tough but kind. When I think of who I was when I started vs now I'm like a different person. I'm still working through my stuff but life just isn't impossible anymore.For a while I was really scared of myself and where I was going.I grew up in a home with a parent with severe mental illness and it was my biggest fear that I'd end up like them. For a while Heather was my rudder that helped steer me back to where I belong.If you are on the fence about seeing someone please give her a try. She cares.
