We switched our optometrist to Family Vision Care of Alliance due to dissatisfaction with our regular doctor trying to force us into types of contacts we didn't enjoy. Upon going to see Dr. Loy, we felt comfortable, and she took the time to listen and allowed us to make the choice best for us. She also offered to make a change at no cost if we weren't satisfied. We were satisfied completely with her expertise and patient care. The facility is clean and up to COVID code, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. We were treated like we were guests instead of numbers. We highly recommend Dr. Loy to all of our friends!
