Heidi helped me through a very difficult time in my life. She gave me tools to overcome obstacles to fight off depression and anxiety, which I still use to this day! I cannot thank her enough for her help. I’m truly grateful for everything she taught me and showed me that I have the strength within to make positive changes. She taught me how to communicate my needs positively without making assumptions or starting an argument without meaning to. Again, thank you so much Heidi!
