There is a very calming and serene feel to this entire office - coming from someone with PTSD, panic attacks and constant hyper-vigilance, I don't find this often. I must have given Helen quite a fright on my first visit but she was so composed and gentle; she set me to ease very quickly. She is very attentive and non-judgmental. I found myself pouring my heart out to her and walked away feeling much calmer and more hopeful than when I walked in, for sure.
