Helen Hoch changed my life. It was painful to confront what was going on but she made it easier to connect the dots. Mine were run of the mill mental health problems, failed marriage, etc. But her assistance in getting through the crisis made all the difference. I often think of the epiphanies that came in her small office. She usually prefers direct payment, not going through insurance because paper work is so awful and invasive of your privacy. I'd give 5 stars if sessions were more affordabl
