Saw Helen for family issue several years ago, and she was excellent. She was able to unlock the key by helping a family member identify and then address root cause of a problematic trauma response. She was extremely knowledgeable, listened with compassion and empathy, but also avoiding allowing for patient detours by focusing sessions on the core issues without allowance for avoidance and distractions. My family has recommended her several times to others, and she would be the only name on my list of psychologists to consult if needed.
