My fiancé and I have been working with Helen for a few weeks now. I’ve found her to have a delightful mix of professionalism and personal interest in her communications with us. She’s called me at least twice outside of our scheduled session times to talk with me when I needed it. She appears to be willing to work through thick and thin with us, and definitely shows that she cares. I always feel heard when she talks. On the professional side- she also really knows her stuff!
