Helen is an awesome therapist. Very knowledgeable and extremely caring. She truly cares and is very patient and attentive with good humor thrown in. I am blessed to have her as my therapist. She has helped me tremendously in being able to deal with my situation and is full of great ideas and helpful resources. She is a great listener and gives her all. I highly recommend her.
