Her knowledge of psychiatric drugs as good or better than any psychiatrist I've ever seen. I have manic depression, I've been in shrinks offices for many years, I know a good doc from bad. She knows the illness, knows the medications, knows their side effects, knows their interactions. She is a great doctor. A doctor doesn't need to be warm to have knowledge and competence, but it's great when they are warm. Dr. Parra is warm, kind, understanding, compassionate. I trust her totally.
