I have been with Hilary for over 6 years. She has changed my life. She is smart and remembers details I have mentioned in the past, but forgot about. That is very helpful when she is trying to help me. There were times when I doubted some of the activities she used in therapy, but went along. I am glad she used those activities. I would later realized how important they were in changing my perspective or helping me let go of my fears. I had issues with my dad before he passed away, but it was her therapy that helped me forgive him, reconcile with him, and become a better person. I cannot thank her enough.
