I began seeing Holland during a challenging time in my Marriage. That became a hellish time in my life. She was able to help me cope with the events and help me manage my emotions throughout. She was able to keep my expectations realistic and was not opposed to pharmaceutical help when it became necessary. I have been seeing her for several years now with regularity increasing and decreasing depending on my need. This time would have been so much more difficult without her empathy, patience and guidance.
