As a guy I have been reluctant to seek therapy for the things that make life harder. After so many failed attempts at being happy and to have positive relationships I finally decided to seek the assistance of a professional. I feel like I hit a home run and now question myself as why didn't I do this much sooner. Ms. Wingate was able to help me untangle the things in my life that were holding me back from being happy. Yes, it took work on my part and some deep introspection to move forward but having a supportive counselor to explain things to me was a tremendous help. See was tough on me because she understood my problems and by holding me responsible for my actions she forced me to work through them. It was a hard journey but I have grown by leaps and bounds thanks to her help. I highly recommend her. She has most definitely made my life better.
