Dr. Hunter has been a lifesaver. Her easy going demeanor made it easy to share and let her into the most vulnerable places of my life. As a result the shattered places of myself are beginning to heal and become whole. She’s taught me the art of being reflective and how to channel my time/energy into more meaningful activities vs engaging in self destructive behavior. With Dr. Hunter’s help I have added many tools to my mental health tool kit to ensure I take care of me.
