I have been a trial and criminal defense attorney for over 40 years. Many of my clients were facing the ultimate penalty. Our laws have recognized that people are not born to to commit homicides. Dr. Eisenstein has delved into how psychological trauma and damage cause the human brain to malfunction and to articulate for a jury why a defendant facing the ultimate penalty should not loose his or her freedom for life.
