My teenage daughter started seeing Dr. Faerstein twice a week when she was in complete crisis related to her anxiety. Several weeks later, she felt significantly better. She says Dr. Faerstein is supportive, tactful, insightful, and kind. She also finds that he understands where she is coming from, and she feels grateful for his help. From my perspective, Ian is empathetic, responsive, and professional. He responds to emails very quickly and with a lot of thoughtfulness. I recommend him very highly!
