My inflammation and arthritis seems to have evaporated. I am off insulin and glyberide, and now only take half the metformin. I aspire to permanently deal with the diabetes issue via Dr. Rodruiguez’s food plan alone and to not rely on pills and injections. This doctor is dedicated and brilliant. I have lost 17 pounds in the first month. According to the testing, in one month my biological age of my body decreased by 3 years. I was able to finally give up diet soda after a 39 and one half year addiction. Just a little light exercise on a regular basis. Dancing to gospel music in my kitchen and also the stationary bike at the gym. The whites of my eyes are no longer cloudy. I am going back to work because I feel good. My Santa Clause belly Is going away. The girls in the office are so unbelievably kind and supportive. I trust this doctor!
