Lucia is probably the most compassionate therapist I've ever met or worked with. Talking with her feels normalizing and has brought me to a greater sense of peace and understanding with myself and better acceptance of the past. She not only has helped me work through difficult things but has also helped me better understand what it means to be human and how mental health isn't just in our heads but is also how we feel in our bodies. I'm so grateful for her.
