Best eye exam! Will be returning as Dr. Irvin Tsumoto’s patient. My concerns were listened to and addressed with a thorough exam and explanation. Dr. Tsumoto’s passion and dedication to help shines through his caring demeanor. You will not feel like a number but a well cared for patient with his pleasant demeanor. Highly recommend Dr Tsumoto as he provides excellent and proficient service!
