I cannot recommend Dr. Arevalo highly enough. He is an excellent therapist who truly listens and provides concrete action steps that are practical and supportive. His follow-through is outstanding, and he always provides helpful documentation I can refer to when I need it.What sets Dr. Arevalo apart is his ability to hold me accountable while remaining understanding and thoughtful in his responses. He creates a balance that makes me feel both challenged and supported, which has been incredibly valuable for my personal growth.Finding a therapist you genuinely connect with is rare, and it’s such an important part of the therapeutic process. Dr. Arevalo has been that therapist for me, and I am so grateful for his guidance and support.
